Strapping pair of turquoise-ground aged ormolu-mounted sevres-style porcelain vases and cover, both painted painted after the paintings of François Boucher in front, one depicts part of the painting "A Summer Pastoral, circa 1749" and the other one represents part of the painting "Lovers in a Park, circa 1758" with landscapes to the reverse, all encircled with a gilt band inside richly gilt scrollwork cartouche with musical trophy, the shoulder flanked by upright aged-ormolu laurel-swag handles with suspending rings, with a large bottleneck form and domed cover enriched with gilt foliate pattern, and terminates with aged ormolu pinecone finial, raised on an ornamented conforming socle and aged-ormolu engraved circular footed base.
